Please be advised that the Navajo Nation is currently under a Stage 2 Fire Restriction, which remains in effect until it is formally rescinded or amended by the appropriate authorities.

Under this restriction, all open fires are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, fires fueled by charcoal, wood, or coal. These types of open flames are not allowed under any circumstances during the duration of this order.

However, the use of enclosed stoves or cooking appliances powered by propane, gas, or other petroleum-based fuels is permitted, provided they are used in a safe and responsible manner.

All vendors are required to fully comply with this Executive Order and are expected to take the necessary precautions to prevent any fire hazards. Non-compliance could result in penalties or removal from the event area.
